防伪码上面有纤维丝是怎么制作的?


生成防伪码要买一个软件,同时还要建立一个数据库,将电脑和喷码机通过232连接起来,打开软件要连接数据库,喷码机也要设置成喷条形码的状态,喷完的数据会存到数据库,查询就知道是不是自己的产品了。


防伪短纤维长度1-10毫米,直径20-100微米。目前,荧光纤维作为一种最基本的防伪材料,几乎在世界各国的所有纸币、护照、邮票、有价证券以及各类防伪纸中广泛采用并获得认同,目前国内的烟包行业也采用了该项防伪技术,应用范围广泛,且数十年均没有改变。荧光防伪纤维又称为安全纤维,它根据发射波长的不同分长波长、短波长等品种。荧光防伪纤维目前国内外研究比较少,只有少数国家公开过类似的专利或其他文献。而双波长荧光防伪纤维的研制几乎还处于空白。这种纤维具有两种荧光光谱,在不同波长的特殊光线照射下呈现不同的颜色,起到防伪作用,是普通防伪纤维的升级换代产品。预计未来几年防伪纤维需求量将出现增长态势。


基本介绍


具体分为三大类:

(1)可见短纤维:又称有色短纤维,自然光下可见,颜色随意;

(2)不可见短纤维:又称隐形短纤维、荧光短纤维,紫外灯照射下发出各色荧光;

(3)色谱短纤维、复合短纤维、异形短纤维、多色段DNA色谱防伪短纤维:在一根纤维上复合多种防伪功能,可根据客户需要定制颜色组合、色段长度、纤维形状。 

Anti-counterfeit fiber(anti-forgery fiber,anti-clone fiber, authentication fiber, tracing and tracking fiber, anti-theftfiber, traceability fiber, security fiber):

The fiber's length is between 1 millimeterand 10 millimeters, it's diameter is between 20 micrometers and 100micrometers. There are three major types of the fibers: 1, Visible securityfiber (such as red, green, blue, also called visible fiber). 2, Invisiblesecurity fiber (also called colorless UV fluorescent security fiber), it canfluoresce(such as red, green, blue) under the ultraviolet light. 3, Compositefiber: There are more than one anti-counterfeit features on a fiber which canbe made by customer's order.


防伪纤维分类


普通彩色短纤维


该纤维可用来制作防伪纸张。该纤维是有颜色的(红、蓝、绿等),混入纸浆抄纸后,自然光下观察,彩色纤维随机分布在纸张中,用针可将纤维挑出。

Colored security fiber: The colored (suchas red, green, blue) fibers can be added in the paper pulp to making thesecurity paper. When they are distributed in the paper, and they can be found underthe natural light. The fibers can be extracted from the paper using the needle.


不可见短纤维


该纤维又称隐形短纤维、荧光短纤维,可用来制作防伪纸张。该纤维在自然光下为近白色,混入纸浆抄纸后,自然光下纤维不可见,用紫外灯照射,可见随机分布在纸张中的纤维发出荧光(红、蓝、绿等),用针可将纤维挑出。

Invisible fluorescent security fiber (alsocalled colorless UV fluorescent security fiber): The fibers can be added in thepaper pulp to making the security paper. They are colorless(white) under thenatural light, when they are distributed in the white paper, they are invisibleunder the natural light, but they can fluoresce(such as red, green, blue) underthe ultraviolet light. The fibers can be extracted from the paper using theneedle.


双波长荧光短纤维


该纤维可用来制作防伪纸张。该纤维在自然光下为近白色,混入纸浆抄纸后,自然光下纤维不可见,用长波紫外灯照射,可见随机分布在纸张中的纤维发出一种颜色荧光(比如红),用短波紫外灯照射,纤维发出另一种颜色荧光(比如绿),用针可将纤维挑出。

Double-wavelength fluorescent securityfiber: The fibers can be added in the paper pulp to making the security paper. Theyare colorless(white) under the natural light, when they are distributed in thewhite paper, they are invisible under the natural light, they can fluoresce(suchas red) under the long-wave ultraviolet light and fluoresce(another color suchas green) under the short-wave ultraviolet light. The fibers can be extracted fromthe paper using the needle.


有色-荧光短纤维


该纤维可用来制作防伪纸张。该纤维是有颜色的,混入纸浆抄纸后,自然光下观察,彩色纤维随机分布在纸张中,用紫外灯照射,可见随机分布在纸张中的纤维发出荧光(红、蓝、绿等),用针可将纤维挑出。

有色荧光双波长纤维


该纤维可用来制作防伪纸张。该纤维是有颜色的,混入纸浆抄纸后,自然光下观察,彩色纤维随机分布在纸张中,用长波紫外灯照射,可见随机分布在纸张中的纤维发出一种颜色荧光(比如红),用短波紫外灯照射,纤维发出另一种颜色荧光(比如绿),用针可将纤维挑出。

When they are distributed in the paper, they can be found underthe natural light, they can fluoresce(such as red) under the long-waveultraviolet light and fluoresce(another color such as green) under theshort-wave ultraviolet light. The fibers can be extracted from the paper usingthe needle.


可见单根双色纤维


该纤维可用来制作防伪纸张。该纤维是有颜色的,混入纸浆抄纸后,自然光下观察,可见纸中彩色纤维随机分布,在同一根纤维上有“红-蓝”等两种颜色色段组合,用针可将纤维挑出。

Bicolor security fiber: The fibers can beadded in the paper pulp to making the security paper. When they are distributedin the paper, and they can be found under the natural light. There are twodifferent colors such as "blue and red" on a fiber, the two colorsare at opposite ends of the fiber. The fibers can be extracted from the paperusing the needle.


不可见单根三色荧光纤维


该纤维可用来制作防伪纸张。该纤维在自然光下为近白色,混入纸浆抄纸后,自然光下纤维不可见,用紫外灯照射,可见随机分布在纸张中的纤维发出荧光,在同一根纤维上有“红-蓝-绿”等三种荧光色色段组合,用针可将纤维挑出。

Invisible three-color fluorescent securityfiber: The fibers can be added in the paper pulp to making the security paper.They are colorless(white), when they are distributed in the white paper, theyare invisible under the natural light, and they can fluoresce under the long-waveultraviolet light. There are three different colors such as “red, green andblue” on a fiber, the three colors are arranged by the same order. The fibers canbe extracted from the paper using the needle.


单根多色纤维


该纤维又称色谱纤维、多色段DNA色谱防伪短纤维,如单根双色纤维、单根三色荧光纤维等,纤维包含多种颜色,不同颜色色段按一定规律间隔排列,每种颜色可以是肉眼可见色,也可以是紫外荧光激发颜色,可按客户指定的颜色组合定制,使终端产品包装具有唯一性和不可复制性,达到良好的防伪效果。

该纤维用来制作防伪纸张,可以有效防止造假者用印刷细线的方式仿冒普通有色纤维和单根单色荧光纤维的视觉效果。由于印刷套色很难准确到微米级别,因此造假者无法用印刷细线的方式模仿添加了该种纤维的防伪纸张,解决了单根单色纤维的不足之处。消费者可以用以下两种方法辨别:

a、撕开纸张或用针挑出纤维直接观察,每一根纤维上都有多种颜色。b、两种色段交接处不会产生错位,若有错位,可判定为假冒。

Multi-color security fiber: The fibers canbe added in the paper pulp to making the security paper. There are more thanone color or one anti-counterfeit feature on a fiber which can be made bycustomer's order. The colors and their rank is a feature of specificity for theproduct’s packaging which is made by the paper with security fiber.

Some people print short line on the paperto counterfeit the security fiber. But using the following methods, it is easyto differentiate the multi-color security fiber in the paper and the short linewhich is printed on the paper:

a. To tear the paper or to extract thefiber from the paper using the needle, there are two(or more) colors on afiber. b. To watch the connection of the two colors in the short line(or thefiber) on the paper, there is no malposition or breakpoint on the fiber, butthe short line which is printed is different, because the print technologylevel is not enough to make so high accuracy prints.
